Senior-Tableau-BI-Developer
Responsibilities
- Develop BI system and design dashboards in Tableau (from scratch or development of current ones);
- Select the best ways to visualize data for different business problems;
- Proactively propose ideas on how to present metrics and analytics data;
- Work closely with analysts, product teams and stakeholders;
- Formulate technical requirements for data, participate in its validation and quality control.
Requirements
- Strong experience with BI-tools, especially Tableau;
- Deep understanding of SQL, experience with databases (PostgreSQL, BigQuery);
- Skills in building data-models, experience in working with dbt;
- Skills in interacting with customers: from requirements gathering and TOR formulation to presentation of results;
- Experience in ownership approach - leading projects from idea to final product version;
- Understanding of business metrics, knowledge of their calculation principles;
- Ability to form analytical conclusions based on data.
Will be a plus:
- Product/game analytics experience, understanding of game industry metrics.
- Data analysis skills in Python, knowledge of basic statistical methods.
- Technical or analytics background (in education or career).
- Product mindset and interest in the gaming market.
- Experience in visualizing complex product funnels, LTV, retention.
- A love of games and a desire to improve user experience.
